IP Covenant

“We take your intellectual property seriously.”

JASP Validation Studio is a structured research environment, not a data brokerage. Everything you describe — your idea, your hypothesis, your market reasoning — exists solely to generate your personal validation framework.

We built our architecture around your data rights, not around extracting value from your inputs. This covenant is our commitment to you. It is legally binding and consistent with our full Privacy Policy.

Our Commitments
  1. 01Your data stays yours

    Your validation inputs exist solely to generate your personal roadmap. Your idea description, market hypothesis, customer research, and financial projections are never sold, shared, licensed, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent.

  2. 02No AI training on your inputs

    We do not use your data to train or fine-tune any AI model. This applies to the Claude API we use to power the AI copilot and to any other machine learning system. Your inputs go in, your validation outputs come out. Full stop.

  3. 03No partner or investor access without consent

    No third party sees your raw validation content without explicit written consent. No investor, accelerator, corporate partner, or JASP team member may access your project data without your documented approval. The only exception is anonymized, aggregated trend data fully stripped of identifying information.

  4. 04Permanent deletion on request

    You can permanently delete your project and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate, unconditional, and requires no explanation. Your data is removed from active databases within 24 hours and from all backups within 30 days.

  5. 05Encryption in transit and at rest

    All data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 in transit and at rest in the database. Access is restricted to authenticated application services only. No human employee has standing access to production data — any access requires a formal, logged approval process.

  6. 06Aligned with our full Privacy Policy

    This covenant is a plain-language summary of our legally binding privacy commitments. It is fully consistent with — and does not supersede — our complete Privacy Policy, which governs all data handling in detail.

  • →Your personal financial information beyond Stripe payment data
  • →Any information about people you interview during customer discovery
  • →Communications with third parties about your idea
  • →Any data from your other apps, devices, or accounts
